Model ERM: Fully electrical reelturner

The ideal reelhandling tool - for reels rools to 250 kg or 600 kg.

The reel is gripped from the pallet and driven direct to the machine, where the reel is turned and pushed on the machine with the lift. 

Lifting, gripping and turning is made electrically.

Model BVB4: Bom with a V-block (Prismn). The idal combination tool.

The reels can be tipped from the pallet down on the prismn. The prismn/V-block can turnjes 360 degrees horizontally - the reels can always be placed in the maschine in the right off-roll direction.

The BVB4 system fitts most reel situations when the reels are not too heavy or too long.

 

Model ECU/ESU: To grip around the reels and turn them to horizontal.

For reels where the core must be held free.

Can be delivered in both a manual and an electrical version.
